Today I’m highlighting wheel pose. Some people can even hold their ankles (or thighs!!) while doing this posture. I can grab one ankle at a time, but that’s not my usual practice. The goal here is to stretch the back (all of it). Aim to keep the arms and legs straight. Clearly, this pose is not my forté; however I practice it every day. I’ve posted three versions below including one version that is called bridge pose. It is easier than the full version.
