*There was a young young guy whos name is Micheal, living in a bustling city that continually blamed himself why he is eating too much*.
*Every street featured vivid culinary signs, pleasant fragrances, and huge dinners that lured him every day*.
*He believed his vulnerability was the issue until one day that an elderly nutritionist said to him*, **"The environment around you is meant to make you eat too much"**.
*Micheal started to grasp. Fast foods were developed to satisfy cravings, advertisements stressed emotions, and tension drove many into bad lifestyles. Micheal chose to fight back with wisdom and discipline rather than hating himself*.
*He started eating with intention, increasing water intake, and prioritizing long-term health over fleeting pleasure. Slowly his body changed but more crucially his attitude did*.
*My point and lesson in this short story is straightforward, not every temptation is your fault, but it is your obligation to conquer it. Strength shows up the minute you choose to run your life instead of letting the outside world determine your decisions. Make the decision yourself.* **Shalom.**
*Thank you for your time*
