Hola a todos, como se dice sobre gusto no hay nada escrito, cuando me refiero a esto quiero, decir que a veces lo que cocinamos es porque sabemos lo que vamos a degustar como en este caso, de hamburguesas caseras, las que se elaboran de la siguiente manera, tenemos la carne molida o carne picada, a la que le agregamos ajo, perejil bien picado, para mi gusto le agrego gelatina incolora, el motivo es para que la misma salga mas compacta y no se desarma, luego de estar estas elaboradas, las coloco en una bandeja y las llevo al horno, cuando veo que casi están cocinadas le agrego el queso, el detalle esta que cuando dicho queso esta derretido como vemos en esta foto, quiere decir que ya esta todo listo para saborearlas.
Esto es lo que quería decir, sobre darse el gusto en cuando a comida me refiero y la verdad que salió excelente.
