One of a popular filipino cuisine originally made with pork or beef and blanched vegetables mixed in a thick savoury peanut sauce but this time the taste got more better when bagnet(pork belly boiled and fried to perfect crunch) was added with it. Ofcourse kare-kare will not be complete without shrimp paste as dip.
