In this session, I focused my administration on two primordial objectives: the completion of the Manhattan Project in Caracas and the capture of the city of Santa Catarina. These actions are not merely tactical expansions but are essential maneuvers designed to break the technological stalemate and secure the ultimate hegemony of our Republic over the global stage.

At the beginning of the turn, I successfully mobilized the freight convoys from Ciudad Bolívar and Maracaibo toward the capital. This logistical coordination allowed me to accelerate the production of the Manhattan Project by 4 turns, a significant leap toward our nuclear readiness. Currently, I have ordered Maracaibo to initiate the production of another convoy to maintain the momentum, while Ciudad Bolívar has shifted its focus toward tax collection to finance the astronomical costs of this scientific endeavor. Completing this wonder will grant us a nuclear arsenal, establishing a military dominance that no other nation will be able to challenge through conventional means.

Simultaneously, I reorganized our strike forces on the northern continent. After accumulating several units of cruise missiles, Howitzer artillery, bomber squadrons, and mechanized infantry, I decided to advance the conquest of Santa Catarina. The battle was exceptionally bloody and hard-fought. The city was heavily fortified with SAM batteries and defensive walls, which exponentially improved the defensive capabilities of its garrison. After multiple waves of attacks that systematically dismantled their defenses, I finally occupied the city with a mechanized infantry unit.

This victory is monumental. By capturing one of the primary metropolises of the Democratic Republic of Dahomey, we have achieved the most decisive triumph since the beginning of the war. During the occupation, our intelligence units managed to seize the "Stealth" technology. This breakthrough unlocks state-of-the-art aerial combat units, such as the Stealth Fighter and the Stealth Bomber, which are vital for conducting modern warfare. Furthermore, this acquisition confirms my suspicions: the Dahomeans had already unlocked the entire technology tree. We are now fighting an enemy that possesses every scientific secret the game offers.

With Santa Catarina under our control, only one final, decisive operation remains to test my strategic and logistical limits: a coordinated amphibious assault on Glēxwé, the last great metropolis of Dahomey. Capturing Glēxwé would effectively strip our rivals of their remaining scientific, military, and productive capacity. However, this operation will be an immense undertaking, requiring the full mobilization of our navy and army, including aircraft carriers, submarines, and battleships. The magnitude of this impending assault is difficult to put into words, but I hope to demonstrate its execution in a future post.

En esta ocasión, enfoqué mi administración en dos objetivos primordiales: la finalización del Proyecto Manhattan en Caracas y la toma de la ciudad de Santa Catarina. Estas acciones no son meras expansiones tácticas, sino maniobras esenciales diseñadas para romper el estancamiento tecnológico y asegurar la hegemonía definitiva de nuestra República en el escenario global.

Al principio del turno, movilicé con éxito los convoyes desde Ciudad Bolívar y Maracaibo hacia la capital. Esta victoria es monumental. Al capturar una de las metrópolis principales de la República Democrática de Dahomey, hemos logrado el triunfo más decisivo desde el comienzo de la guerra. Durante la ocupación, nuestras unidades de inteligencia lograron arrebatarles la tecnología de "Vuelo Sigiloso" (Stealth). Este avance desbloquea unidades de combate aéreo de última generación, como el caza furtivo y el bombardero invisible, vitales para llevar a cabo una guerra moderna. Además, esta adquisición confirma mis sospechas: los dahomeyanos ya habían desbloqueado todo el árbol tecnológico del juego. Estamos luchando contra un enemigo que posee cada secreto científico que el juego ofrece.

Con Santa Catarina bajo nuestro control, solo resta una operación final y decisiva que pondrá a prueba mis límites estratégicos y logísticos: un ataque coordinado de desembarco sobre Glēxwé, la última gran metrópolis de Dahomey. Tomar Glēxwé significaría arrebatarle efectivamente a nuestros rivales su capacidad científica, militar y productiva restante. Sin embargo, esta operación será una tarea inmensa que requerirá la movilización total de nuestra armada y ejército, incluyendo portaaviones, submarinos y acorazados.
