Cherry pie in a hurry
Ingredients
- 150 g of softened butter;
- 180 g of sugar + 2 tablespoons for sprinkling;
- ⅛ teaspoon of salt;
- 4 eggs;
- 200 g of flour;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- pinch of vanillin;
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- 500 g of cherry;
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Preparation
Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer. Sprinkle the salt and in turn, beat in the egg mixture, stirring after each addition until a uniform consistency.
Sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder and vanillin. Pour the flour into the mixture in parts and beat with a mixer. You will get a pretty thick dough.
Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and spread the dough over it. Top the berries, lightly pressing them inside.
Sprinkle the cake with the remaining sugar and put in a preheated oven for 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes. Depending on the size of the form, it may take a little longer. Check the readiness of a toothpick: if you stick it in a pie, there should not be a test on it.
Before serving, decorate the cake with powdered sugar.
