✔️ Warmup: Total of 2 minutes elliptical
✔️ Upper body workout: (sets of 3)
- total of 15 push ups
- 15 bicep curls
- 15 tricep extensions
- 15 dumbbell rows
- 15 later raises
- 25 shoulder press
- 10 chest rows
- 10 lat pulldowns
✔️ Core workout
1 minute:
- plank
- reverse crunches
- ab crunches
- hip rotation
✔️ Calves Workout
✔️ 15 minutes walk on the treadmill
✔️ Stretching
