I did a 10-minute core workout before I took a shower and 15 minutes stretching. Then, my sister, went to the mall and had lunch I had salad and she got a salad wrap (plus she ate my tiny bread stick!).
Can you believe that survived a day without eating any ice cream!
We walked around the mall until our feet were hurts, so we are about to get a foot massage!
