Some home made delicies, for an early breakfast. This is my aunt speciality. My celebration did not gone well as planned. I suffered from cold and flu right on the new year ever. The whether took a sharp U-turn and cold waves swift the entire city. The chklled weather and cool breeze are beyond my body defence system. With cold and fever, I bid adieu to 2024 and welcome 2025 with some home made delcies.
2025 is the quarter mark of the century. Big things are in ferment, just like a century back. And they will settle down again just like before. The polish poet Wislawa Szymborska wrote about mundane life sustaining work even in middle of war. Someone pushing the rubble off the road so the corpse filled wagons can pass and so on.
Who wanted to visits doctor on the first day of the year. But I ended up at a health checkup camp right at the first day. My fever is re appearing continously. I do have some fruitful memories of the last day of 2024. I hope to share them as soon as my body allows to write. The choclate cake that I bought to welcome new year are still kept as it is. Even my parent feeling sick due to me. But I know everything will pass on and so does the worst begining of 2025.
