We all wanted to lead a joyful life. We never want unwanted events cause tension and problem in life. Still we see individuals carrying enough burden that causes serious health issues. We often see people calling a relationship as headache. When a relationship turns toxic, and people does not find the desired comfort they goes through emotional stress and the situation is referred as 'headache'. A headache is a pain or discomfort in the head. When a relationship is not bearable the situation get headache for the individuals. Summing up the main causes of headache, Sanskrit says ;
अविधेयो भृत्यजनः शठानि मित्राण्यदायकः स्वामी |
विनयरहिता च भार्या मस्तकशूलानि चत्वारि ||
Avidheyo bhrutyajanh shathaani mitraanyadaayakah svaami.
Vinayarahitaa cha bhaaryaa mastakshoolaani chatvaari.
Avidheya = non-compliant.
Bhrutyajanh = servants.
Shathaani = wicked, rascals.
Mitraanyadaayakah = mitraani + adaayakah.
Mitraani = friends.
Adaayakah = not giving (the salary or wages.
Svaami = boss, employer.
Vinayarahitaa = vinaya + rahitaa.
Vinaya = humility, modesty.
Rahitaa = devoid of, without.
Cha = and.
Bhaaryaa = wife.
Mastakshoolaani = head aches
Chatvaari = four.
i.e. A servant who does not obey orders, a bad friend, a boss who does not give wages or salary in time, and an unruly wife, devoid of humility and modesty these four are the causes of headache.
The ancient literature has bifurcated 4 main reason for headache. These 4 reason always gives unwanted headache to an individuals causing stress and anxiety in life. When we were surrounded by individuals who does not gives comfort and obey our life gets irritated. As a result we were deprived of solace and happiness.
