I used to spend a lot of time preparing super fancy, elaborate and devious meals/feasts. However in the last 6 years or so I have passed on most of the food prep to other chefs in The Garden of Eden like

. Its just much better business as I have so many important projects going on and matters to attend to.
However I still love food and am a chef at heart. I also care deeply about sustainability and its just way more sustainable to prepare ones own food that to go out or order in. So when I do want to eat something and there isn't a feast already awaiting me, I make something that is quick & easy, but still nutritious and delicious!
There are few types of food of which are quicker and easier but also more versatile than a wrap! Plus its very easy to make them quite healthy and of course DANK!
With a tortilla you can easily fill it with delicious and nutritious ingredients and can easily make them vegan, vegetarian, or omnivorous!
I am a big fan of sauces and so am using 3 different types of sauce for these different wraps!
Here I have made 3 different types of wraps. A chicken cesar wrap with lettuce, onions, croutons and chicken topped with a creamy cesar dressing!
A buffalo chicken wrap with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, red peppers, yellow corn, black beans and a spicy buffalo cause!
Finally a Thai style wrap with a mango lemmon grass sauce!

There are untold variations of wraps you can do to satisfy your hunger quickly. Its faster cheaper and healthier than fast food! Health and sustainability are very important to me and preparing your own food benefits both of these factors!
