Hello all Bloggers
Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Street-Style Loaded Kabab (Shami) Burger, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback.
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Rustic Yogurt Chicken Masala.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Chicken ( 600 grams )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Onion ( 100 grams )
- Ginger-Garlic Paste ( 3 sp )
- Tomato ( 150 grams )
- Yogurt ( 1 cup )
- Ground Red Chili, Salt, Chili Flexes & Turmeric ( according to taste )
- Ground Black Pepper & Hot Spice ( 1 tbsp )
- Fresh Green Coriander ( handful )
- Green Chillies ( 2 or 3 )
Process
Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.
So first I added cooking oil to a pot and added chicken to it and fried it.
When the chicken turned brown, I added finely chopped onion to it.
Then I added ginger-garlic paste to it and fried it for some time.
Now I added tomatoes to it and left it on the simmer for some time.
After removing the simmer, you can see that the tomatoes have cooked well and I easily removed their skin.
Now I added ground spices to it which included salt, ground red chili, turmeric and crushed red chili (chili flexes).
Now I added finely chopped green chillies to it and then added yogurt to it and roasted it well until the meat released the oil.
Now I added ground black pepper to it and cooked it for a while and finally added hot spices and fresh coriander leaves.
This dish looks incredibly rich, creamy, and comforting.
A beautifully balanced desi-style creamy chicken dish that feels both traditional and restaurant-worthy.
Final Look:
The tender fried chicken coated in flavorful yogurt gravy, combined with the aroma of black pepper and hot spice, gives it a perfect homemade gourmet touch.
The fresh herbs on top make it look even more appetizing, while the glossy texture of the curry shows how deeply the spices are infused into every bite.
I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
