Hello all Bloggers
Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Pan-Fried Chicken Chickpea Patties, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback.
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Street-Style Loaded Kabab (Shami) Burger.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Burger Bun ( 2 )
- Kabab ( You can take any Kabab or patty you like )
- Salad ( Includes cabbage, onions, mint leaves, tomatoes, cucumbers )
- Egg ( To make an omelette )
- Oil ( for Fry )
- sauce's ( Includes tomato sauce, mint & green chilli sauce, chili-garlic sauce, mayonnaise )
Process
Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.
So first I prepared the salad for which I chopped the cabbage very finely and also chopped the onion very finely.
I added some mint leaves and also cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Now I have also cut the cucumber into very thin slices, so here my salad is completely ready.
Now I have mashed the Kabab and heated them.
Since I had made Kababs before and frozen them, I have heated them.
If you want, you can also use fresh Patties and I have also prepared an egg omelette.
Now I took the burger buns and cut them in half, put a little oil and egg on the pan and shallow-fry the burger buns so that they would get hot and the rawness would go away.
Now it was time to add the filling, so I placed the burger bun on a plate and first put mint and green chilies sauce on it to make the bread bun juicy.
Then I put a layer of mashed Kabab on one side and salad on the other side, and then I put tomato ketchup on top of it.
After that, I added mayonnaise and chili-garlic sauce on top of it, then I put an egg omelet on top of it and closed the bread bun, so this filling is completely ready.
Now I put a little oil in the pan again and shallow-fry the bread bun once more so that the bread bun and the filling in it get warm.
If you want, you can also coat it with fried egg if you like eggs a lot.
And then I took it out on a plate and cut it into two parts to serve.
Layered inside a perfectly toasted burger bun, this loaded fusion burger is bursting with homemade flavor and texture.
Final Look:
Crispy chicken & chickpea kababs paired with a soft egg omelette create a rich and satisfying bite, while the fresh mix of cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, and mint adds the perfect crunch and freshness.
Finished with a delicious blend of tomato sauce, chili garlic sauce, mayonnaise, and mint-green chili sauce, every layer brings its own bold taste, making this burger irresistibly juicy, spicy, creamy, and unforgettable.
