Last week we saw a total of 7 entries, but some were not upvoted by Q members or had upvotes from other members. We realized this method of hosting the competition might not be the best and will relaunch a new way of handling the entries and winners. More updates on that next week. =)

My entry for the CHRISTMAS-STEEM PHOTO CONTEST 2018 by @flamingirl
I took this picture a year ago while walking in a city park.
Our city park is very beautifully decorated for the New Year. Passing along the fence, you can see the New Year tree and the color illumination of the park. And if at the same time blur the foreground a little, then you can get just such a photo with flashes and a Christmas tree in the background.
To be in the right place at the right time
This whole day was gloomy. At one point after daily walks suddenly appeared sun or better to say only a few rays of sunlight. I used the moment and made this photo.

This is one my favorite photographs of 2018! It’s of my son and niece hiking in beautiful San Clemente, CA. You can see them jumping with joy and a magical sunset in the background!
