Evilly Delicious
Waygu beef is considered the best of the best. The marbling is from monounsaturated fat which is not as bad as the normal saturated fat and gives the lovel soft texture of the meat that melts in your mouth. The best Wagyu beef is from Japan but in 2010 there was a major foot and mouth outbreak and many countries banned the import of Japanese Wagyu beef until very recently. During the ban, Australia became the largest Wagyu beef producer which is where this delicious looking plate of meat came from until we barbequed it for a few seconds before disappearing in our tummy
Meat that melts in your mouth!? WHY YES! I'd love to try this one!

Sarawak Laksa looks like curry mee but it taste totally different with curry. The laksa tastes full of spices and because of the coconut milk that is added to it... Yums.
So this iconic Sarawak dish comes with shredded chicken, beansprouts, prawns, egg strips and the bee hoon (rice vermicelli)
