The world around us is full of fear and anxiety. From television programs to political discussions, everything seems to be waiting for us with messages of fear. If the neighbor of the next flat looks or behaves a little strangely, many worries come to mind about him, there is fear of something incorporeal. The fear that grips us the most is the fear of failure in the battle of life. No matter what the fear is, the bottom line is that irrational fear has a detrimental effect on our body and mind.
My most scary moment
Actually there are uncountable times I got scared. But you ask which one is most scaring? OK.Let me tell.
In one beautiful weekend we the family members went to a restaurant .The Restaurant was very far from our house. We took dinner and had fun.After the dinner,we gossiped for a while and then we got out of the restaurant.We wanted to walk for a while doing gossiping .So you were doing and buying essential goods from the road side shops.The road was very crowdy.All the things were going happy. But suddenly me and my father noticed my mother was not with us .We looked around but couldn't see my mother. Panic seized me.I became like statue for a while. A strome was going on in my mind. My mother didn't take the mobile phone with her and he might not remembered my father's number because the sim card was newly taken.Me and my father walked back to the restaurant but in the path we didn't find my mother. We asked many people but they were not able to give any information.Then we decided to take the help of police .We were almost close to the police station.But suddenly my father's phone rang out. It was from a unknown number. My father received it without doing any late .Then what's happened?
It was my mother on the other side. Thanks Almighty. My heartbeat became normal. For a moment a lot of negative thoughts came into my mind .My mother said when she had lost ourselves then she tried to find ourself but being failed she returned home and find my father's number and call us.

How to be cool in scary moment
It is natural to be afraid of serious situations. But if you want to get rid of unnecessary fear then you can follow these ways-
■ Become aware of what you fear. What's the benefits of the fear or being scared.
■ Talk about your fears with someone you trust. You will see that the more you can make fun of the fear, the fear will decrease. If the problem is more serious, you can take the help of a doctor.
■ Heard a lot of negative things so far. Now it is necessary to send new positive information to the brain. So speak positive words or autosuggestion to yourself every time.
■ Read a book or an article about fear. Then you will realize that many others are afraid of the same thing as you and it is very normal.
■ Whenever you feel afraid, close your eyes and imagine a calm and safe place for yourself. Close your eyes and circulate positive feelings to yourself until you feel comfortable.
■ Instead of being scared, try to find the solutions. Think about how to solve the problem.
