BANANAS are one of the most popular foods in the world because of their perfect portion size, and cheap price. But did you know that bananas can provide you with some amazing health benefits?
But what would happen if you were to eat two bananas every day? A lot of positive things, it turns out.
1.Works against depression.
Studies have shown that the iconic arched, yellow fruit can help overcome depression, bananas contain tryptophan, a substance that the body converts into serotonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter also known as the happiness hormone, which produces a good mood and a healthy sleep and it make you feel more relaxed and happier. On average each bananas contain around 27mg of magnesium. Magnesium helps our heart, muscle, and immune system function properly.
2.Protects against hypertension.
The average diet in western culture delivers too much sodium and too little potassium. In turn bananas contain very little sodium and a lot of potassium, which is great for your heart health. Eating just two bananas a day can reduce high blood pressure and decrease your risk of heart diseases. Also adding bananas to your diet reduces the risk of death from strokes by 40%.
3.Heartburn.
Bananas are incredibly powerful for providing instant relief from acid re-flux and heartburn. Eating bananas regularly will neutralize the acid in the stomach which in turn will help you get rid of acid re-flux completely.
4.Anemia reduction.
Bananas are a perfect complement for those who have iron deficiencies such as anemia. Bananas are high in iron, so they can help those with anemia by stimulating the production of hemoglobin. Increasing the red blood cell improves blood flow in your body and also contributes to increased circulation of blood. Also bananas contain vitamin B6 which regulates glucose levels.
5.Constipation.
The fiber in bananas will help remove the stool in the intestinal tract and restore healthy and regular bowel movements.

Bananas are rich in fiber, which makes you no longer want to eat once consumed.
7.Energy level inreases.
Bananas release energy slowly, so they will keep you energized for longer than other popular sweet foods.And the carbs provide you enough energy to endure a heavy workout. It's hard to believe but the energy you get by eating two bananas is enough for a 90 min workout.
