This is one of my favorite food that is why i choose this as my first entry at photocontest of 
California roll or California maki.
Main Ingredients:
Rice
Cucumber
Avocado
Ripe Mango
Crab meat or sticks
Nori
This California roll is special because we added the avocado, crab sticks and ripe mango on the top to be more tasty and to make it unique.
In history ,they said that the creator of California roll is a native japanese named Chef Hidekazu Tojo, who move to Canada, but many chefs claimed that they are the the creator.
Cucumber, mayonaise and sesame seed were all added later.
But anyways , here are some famous rolls that was made by my friend.
