In preparation for the Expo 2020 to Dubai, the most populous city of the United Arab Emirates is currently conducting a massive transformation. Dubai is planning to develop and restructure the tourist attractions, including the Burj Khalifa. The tower was inaugurated in 2004 is still unopened.
