Yesterday I was exposed to plagiarism which was not intended.
the story start by copying some post from different sources and repost them here. With a view to participating the post with others. And as I said my aim was to share knowledge and ideas from different people and it wasn't meant to quote them under my name.
So I received a clear message from 
who advise me avoiding plagiarism by doing the following :
1- use a few sentence from your source in "quotes"
2- linking to your source.
3- include your own original thought and ideas on that you have shared.
In contrast , my reputation get reduces as result of my mistake.
