Cold Cucumber Soup (Oi-naengguk) Recipe!
Hi, this is . Today I'm going to make a cool cucumber soup that will blow up the heat! Cucumber cold soup is perfect summer soup that you can make without using fire, really quickly and easily. You only need water, salt, sugar, and vinegar to make a broth of cucumber cold soup. Just remember Water: Salt: Sugar: Vinegar = 6:1:4:6 rate!
Cucumber soup is helpful for dehydration in summer and also giving you appetitee with a fresh taste! Shall we start to make it?
Cold Cucumber Soup

Ingredients:
• 1 cucumber
• 1/4 cup of dry seaweed
• A little bit of sesame
• (According to the preference) Chilli
Ingredients for soup:
• 3 cups of water
• 1 tbs of salt
• 4 tbs of sugar
• 6tbs of white vinegar
Course:
1. Soak dry seaweed in the water about 30 minutes to 1 hour. It's easy to use cut seaweed.
2. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices. If you want to eat spicily, cut the chili in small pieces.
3. Combine 3 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of salt, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 6 tablespoons of vinegar in a bowl, and mix it. You can have the perfect cold cucumber soup if you make with this proportion!
4. Squeeze the water from the seaweed and put in the soup with sliced cucumbers. Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds. You can have better taste if you keep this soup in the refrigerator for about an hour to cool down. You can also put some ice cubes in a bowl and enjoy delicious cold cucumber soup!
