Saludos, amigos, vuelvo por aquí para unirme al concurso de esta comunidad. Desde pequeña, en época decembrina, veía en las comiquitas y en las películas la nieve cayendo, me imaginaba que estaba allá en ese espectáculo visual y podía sentir el frío. La diversión se traducía en trineos, esquí, muñecos y ángeles elaborados por estos cristales helados. Los niños y distintos personajes animados jugaban con estos copos blancos, la alegría se desbordaba y el compartir con familia y amigos se volvía un momento placentero. Me inspiré en estos recuerdos para crear mi obra, quisiera que esta experiencia formara parte de mis fotografías e inmortalizarlas en diversos portarretratos.
Por supuesto, sin menospreciar las Navidades que he pasado en mi país, con ese calor humano que no se encuentra en cualquier lado. También rememoro los días de intensa decoración, de muchos regalos y de preparación de la comida típica, mi familia continúa con esta tradición. Agradezco los aprendizajes que he tenido en este año, han fortalecido mi carácter y me han permitido avanzar con un cambio de perspectiva. Sonrío a pesar de las adversidades y procuro matizar una en los labios de mis seres queridos.
Para elaborar mi dibujo, realicé un diseño en una hoja de papel y utilicé lápices de colores para impregnar la magia navideña. Le coloqué una casa con chimenea para que mantenga el lugar caliente cuando el frío no sea agradable.
Greetings, friends, I come back here to join the contest of this community. Since I was a little girl, at Christmas time, I used to see snow falling in the comics and movies, I imagined I was there in that visual spectacle and I could feel the cold. The fun was translated into sleds, skis, dolls and angels made of these icy crystals. Children and different animated characters played with these white flakes, joy overflowed and sharing with family and friends became a pleasant moment. I was inspired by these memories to create my work, I would like this experience to be part of my photographs and immortalize them in various portraits.
Of course, without underestimating the Christmas I have spent in my country, with that human warmth that cannot be found anywhere. I also remember the days of intense decoration, many gifts and preparation of typical food, my family continues with this tradition. I am grateful for the lessons I have learned this year, they have strengthened my character and allowed me to move forward with a change of perspective. I smile in spite of adversity and try to put a smile on the lips of my loved ones.
To create my drawing, I drew a design on a sheet of paper and used colored pencils to imbue it with Christmas magic. I placed a house with a chimney to keep the place warm when the cold is not pleasant.
Mi obra no podría estar completa sin un gran Árbol de Navidad, cuyos colores característicos son el verde, el amarillo y el rojo. La estrella en la punta irradia con su luminiscencia.
My work could not be complete without a large Christmas Tree, whose characteristic colors are green, yellow and red. The star at the tip radiates with its luminescence.
Definitivamente, faltaba más rojo en esta escena, por ello coloreé la casa, la chimenea y el gorro del muñeco de nieves.

La noche tomó vida con varios tonos de azules y un poco de negro. Quise resaltar la luna con matices de amarillo para que causara la sensación de que estaba iluminando el paisaje.
The night came alive with various shades of blue and a bit of black. I wanted to highlight the moon with shades of yellow to give the impression that it was illuminating the landscape.
Utilicé una bola de cristal como encuadre de mi diseño, puesto que me parecen hermosas, tienen un encanto particular, al girarlas, cuentan una historia y trasmiten esa alegría de la Navidad. Quisiera una como regalo este año, ojalá la encuentre debajo del Árbol (jaja) o al lado del Nacimiento y si no es así este dibujo será el mejor obsequio para mí. Sin más que agregar, me despido, espero que todos estén pasando unos días felices, les deseo mucho éxito y bienestar.
I used a crystal ball as the frame for my design, since I think they are beautiful, they have a particular charm, when you spin them, they tell a story and transmit the joy of Christmas. I would like one as a gift this year, hopefully I will find it under the tree (haha) or next to the nativity scene and if not, this drawing will be the best gift for me.
