Hello, hallo, fawaka, namaste, salam

Just a few of the many ways people greet each other where I'm from. This is due to a large variety of ethnic groups who have settled here over the past few years.
The name's Joey and I currently reside in a very small, but beautiful country named Suriname.

I'm obviously new to Steem and cathing on fast.
Apart from the "making money" part, I plan to spend some of my time here putting my country and all it has to offer on the map, mainly by sharing my culinary and travel experiences.
