I was on 150 days shred challenge.
My goal was to do 40 min cardio a day 7 days a week, 1 hours weight training 5 days a week.
I am coming towards the end of it and I am happy with the results. (20 days to go)
My diet mainly consisted of
White boiled rice š
Broccoli š„¦
Chicken š breast
Cod fish š
Salad š„
Fruits š š
