Have you ever taken a cooking class while traveling aboard? If you haven't had it yet, I'd like to say "TRY IT!! You wont't regret it, especially if you are in Vietnam!"
As you might read my first episode on the coconut-hat tour, my family were ready to take the cooking class after the fishing!
ingredients for making Spring Rolls
chopping up some vegetables, shrimps, and meats
adding some spices to the chopped ingredients
Putting them on a rice paper and roll them!

These are ingredients for making Ban Xeo!

It's similar to making a pancake.
As you can see, it looks like a half moon.
Put it on a rice paper with vegetables and roll them and dip it in a sauce. Help yourself!

My son found a coconut fruit in the backyard and asked if he could bust it open with a knife. The chef took it to the kitchen, cut it and put straws on it. How kind she is! So we could enjoy even the coconut water!
I think this cooking class was a very special experience for my family! As you know, it is always happy to have delicious foods with loved ones. On top of this, these are the foods you made by yourselves!!
As I said before, TRY IT! You will never regret it!
