"Sisi"
- The Delicious Seafood that contains vitamins, iron, minerals and many more that helps to rebuild and enhance our body most especially to our muscles, bones and immune system.
"Sisi" is a type of seafood that is hard to get because it is covered by a thick cover, which is somehow similar to a stone type. It's cover can be broke or uncover through breaking, hit by a knife, and or hitting it by a huge stone. Basically, "sisi" are one of the hardest yet nutritious seafood that we people should eat.
Though, there are only few people went to the sea to get this kind of seafood because it can really cause a damage on your skin especially in your hands such as, blisters and or a small wound but is very hurtful and can really cause bleeding when you get a wound by getting the "sisi."
In my blog, you have seen this kind of "sisi" and basically, these pictures are not the fresh "sisi" but they are already cooked through "ginisa" and this kind of "Sisi Food" is called "Ginisang Sisi."
"Ginisang Sisi" is truly my favorite food because it has a delicious taste that is really unique and it is very nutritious. Our body needs sea foods to obtain the needs of our body most especially in every parts of our system in order to function well, and gain a healthy life.
Above all, "Sisi" is commonly eat by many that is fresh and not cooked, or basically called "Kilawon" or "Kinilaw Nga Sisi."Kinilaw nga Sisi is more high in vitamins and minerals unlike being cooked.
There's also another type of "Sisi" Food and that is "Ginamos Nga Sisi" which is commonly sell and can be seen in the market, and only here in the Philippines!
