Unfortunately we can't do this, but I have a cool drink to help you cope with the heat.
This will be a simple guide on how to refresh in an extremely hot&humid weather.
Hot weather causes us to sweat and excessive sweating causes dehydration. Dehydration is not just loss of water. We also loose high concentrations of sodium and chloride as well as lower concentrations of potassium, magnesium and calcium.
The following recipe will help you regain all the lost electrolytes and will help refreshing you in the midst of the summer.
In Turkey, we call this Churcill or Sekliç. I couldn't find a specific English name for this drink, if you know I would appreciate seeing it in the comments section.
Step 1: Find an innocent lemon and squeeze its juice
Step 2: Pour the juice in a large glass
Step 3: Add some salt to the lemon juice to regain the lost Sodium and Chloride
Step 4: Pop open a bottle of mineral water, usually rich with magnesium, potassium and calcium ;D
Step 5: Pour the mineral water to the glass that has lemon and salt, and watch it bubble up :D
Bonus : Add ice and serve cold
