The most curious thing is that Bridgets does not exactly look like a traditional attention machine, she has a human-sized physical presence, maintains natural conversations and uses updated airport maps to guide passengers to gates, baggage areas and VIP lounges, almost like a digital receptionist.

The system was created through a collaboration between Proto and Hollow Media, combining holography with conversational artificial intelligence, but this story reveals something much bigger than just a futuristic airport curiosity, because airports are beginning to become true laboratories of human-physics interaction and there is a practical reason for this.
