Ingredients
One piece of Gourd
Two pieces of onion
Eight pieces of raw chilliies
Three pieces of bay leaves
Four pieces of dry chilli
One tablespoons of salt
Half tablespoons of tumaric powder
Half tablespoons of garam masala powder
Half tablespoons of cumin powder
One tablespoons of five cordiments
One tablespoons of dry chilli powder
One Cup of Water
Six tablespoons of mustard oil
The method of making.
Collect Gourd and cut the gourd from middle portion and wash it.
Add three tablespoons mustard oil and add Gourd in pan.
Add salt powder and add raw chilli chopping
Add water and add dry chilli powder.
Add garam masala powder and add bay leaves and boil ten minutes and pick up this curry.
Add three mustard oil and add dry chilli.
Add onion chopping and add five cordiments.
Add Gourd Rosa curry and Boil this curry eight minutes and add cumin powder and boil five minutes.
