Each of these words acquires meaning and foundation only when you act sustained every day to know the wisdom of your own body. I've been fascinated by body intelligence for a while. I understood that diseases in the body do not mean a dysfunction, an error in the functioning of the body, but on the contrary.

How come?
Here's why.
Any disease arises from the body's need to restore balance, the harmony of the Whole Man. Human nature, like any living organism, has an organically contained wisdom and any slippage creates internal defense systems, which can be perceived as an anomaly of the body's functioning. But if we follow the thread of Ariadne through the labyrinth of disease signals, until we discover its cause, we will understand the need for the disease, from the point of view of natural balance, which we did not respect.
THE ROOT, 0 POINT ENERGY - IDENTIFICATION
These things can be read in countless books, but they can only be assumed after you have traveled the road from the top of the iceberg - a health problem to its base - the cause of the disease.
👉 Psycho-somatics, awareness, ....do your inner work backward now: Usually the urge to rebuild the internal path that created the disease, we receive it after we have a problem that seems to find no solution through socially accepted means. It would be good if we exercised daily attention to our own body, this being the key tool that opens any path to understanding and acceptance. Then, becoming more and more aware of the signals your body gives you, ask yourself questions about the causes of what you are feeling… And open your mind and soul to hear your own answers.
The next step would be to look for unusual internal and external remedies without sometimes giving up the usual remedies. Usually, if you open up to observe yourself to realize what you are feeling and why you will naturally know in which direction to look for the right solution for you. Thus, you will get out of the generally applied scheme, you will discover that you are unique, and the way you will open to solve your problems will be unique. It does not mean that you will discover remedies that do not exist in the world, but that you will access and assimilate them in your specific way.

But, although miracles happen in a second, the road to a miracle requires effort, tenacity, search, daily thorough construction. It wouldn't be good to be different.
Think you've been blind for years and suddenly you see everything. Or that you have been in a dark cave for a long time and suddenly you would see the sunlight in the middle of the day. The impact would be devastating and could do you more harm than good. Therefore, for any interior construction, it is necessary a deconstruct in the dark furrowed with rays of light and then a reconstruction in the clear light of the sun.
My Intention for Attention and Presence in Nonduality
Patience, tenacity, taking the road, hope, faith, and love. First and foremost, observe and listen to yourself, simply, without judgment, as if you were discovering yourself for the first time in every moment. Give yourself a chance to see yourself in the light of your inner eyes first. And let yourself be free of what you think you know about yourself. Give yourself a chance to discover new things. Even those that hide pain… but how much solar flare lies in releasing hidden pain… and how healthy I am. And the key to the beginning is this, just this: the focus on your own inner world.
These are some of the things I have designed for myself when I needed change so much.
