I am finally getting to a point of enjoying my workouts. Yesterday My jog was during a light rain so it was cooler than normal and didn't feel nearly as brutal as usual.

I didn't jog the hill by my house today, because I had plans to get some exercise in the park. My nephew came to town with his bmx bike, so we went to a place near buy that had a trail and some pump tracks. I rode the mountain bike some and decided to jog about a mile or so because the bike park was crowded.
I didn't get as much of a workout as I wanted because my nephew and girlfriend were ready to go but it was fun and next time I go there I will get a lot more riding in for some exercise. Also, my circuit workout was solid today so I am happy with that.
