Después de transcurrir más de un año que mi amigo 
y su esposa 
, me hablaran e invitaran a inscribirme en esta comunidad de autores y consumidores de contenidos, finalmente estoy haciendo presencia desde la verde y soleada sabana donde se encuentra mi casa de campo, situada en la población de Mapirito, vía nacional del eje sur del estado Monagas, cálida tierra de Los Llanos Orientales en Venezuela.

Todos con algún rasgo genético de los intrépidos indios Chaimas, pues mis bisabuelos y abuelos proceden de esta noble cultura indígena, asentados desde varias generaciones en los valles del macizo de Caripe, mi suelo natal donde pasé los primeros 12 años de mi vida.

Firstborn of the marriage between Marisol Romero and Jesús Tillero, who gave me two sisters (Yolisbeth and Verónica) and my younger brother Víctor. En julio de 1990, mientras vendía una carga de café que traslada en burros desde el campo hasta el mercado de San Antonio de Capayacuar, ubicado al norte del estado Monagas; fui objeto de reclutamiento forzoso para prestar servicio militar a la nación, la carga y las bestias se perdieron, más no mi dignidad. Dos años más tarde me encontraba de vuelta en la vida civil con ganas de proyectar mi formación profesional y vida familiar.
In July 1990, while I was selling a load of coffee that I moved on donkeys from the countryside to the market of San Antonio de Capayacuar, located in the north of the state of Monagas, I was the object of forced conscription to render military service to the nation; the load and the beasts were lost, but not my dignity. Two years later I was back in civilian life with the desire to project my professional training and family life.

Una cosa tenía muy clara, era mi propósito de alcanzar una carrera universitaria y generar ideas capaces de producir cambios positivos en lo individual y colectivo, porque amo a mi país. Necesitaba un empleo que me permitiera costear el pago de residencia, estudios y alimentación en la ciudad; así que decido hacer cursos de mantenimiento mecánico y seguridad industrial.
Al ver que no obtenía un empleo, me alisté a las filas de la policía del estado Monagas, donde presté mis servicios por 10 años; aprovechando este tiempo para titularme como profesor en geografía e historia y hacer algunos estudios no conducentes a título. Considerando que ahora debía asumir nuevos retos y responsabilidades, me retiro y paso a formar parte del personal del Instituto de la Pequeña y Mediana Industria, oficina Monagas.
One thing I had very clear, it was my purpose to achieve a university career and generate ideas capable of producing positive changes in the individual and collective, because I love my country. I needed a job that would allow me to pay for my residence, studies and food in the city; so I decided to take courses in mechanical maintenance and industrial safety. Seeing that I did not get a job, I joined the ranks of the Monagas state police, where I served for 10 years, taking advantage of this time to qualify as a teacher in geography and history and do some non-degree studies.
Considering that now I had to assume new challenges and responsibilities, I retired and became part of the staff of the Institute of Small and Medium Industry, Monagas office.

Entonces me encontraba asumiendo un cargo directivo con la responsabilidad de mejorar la gestión de proyectos productivos e implementar estrategias eficientes que permitieran agilizar todo el sistema de procesos técnicos, administrativos y operativos. Si quería corregir las fallas existentes tenía que ir a campo, buscar respuestas donde se generan las situaciones problémicas y construir soluciones tomando en cuenta a todos los actores involucrados, sin importar su emprendimiento o idea de proyecto económico.
At that time I was assuming a managerial position with the responsibility of improving the management of productive projects and implementing efficient strategies to streamline the entire system of technical, administrative and operational processes. If I wanted to correct the existing failures I had to go to the field, look for answers where the problematic situations were generated and build solutions taking into account all the actors involved, regardless of their entrepreneurship or economic project idea.

Fue una dinámica experiencia que me hizo crecer como persona y fortalecer mi línea profesional; el ámbito espiritual fue haciéndome conectar a mismo con mi YO interior y este con todos a mi alrededor, incluso plantas, animales, elementos naturales y componentes ambientales.
It was a dynamic experience that made me grow as a person and strengthen my professional line; the spiritual realm was making me connect myself with my inner SELF and this with everyone around me, including plants, animals, natural elements and environmental components.
No solo implementé un sistema mucho más eficiente y eficaz en la gestión de proyectos productivos, sino que propuse y ejecuté un programa pedagógico para generar la cultura de la consciencia productiva y económica en antiguos y nuevos emprendedores.
Además, profundicé en mi formación hasta lograr una maestría en Ciencias para el Desarrollo Estratégico. Dicté talleres, charlas, conferencias, organicé foros y dirigí trabajos de campo relacionados con el área agroalimentaria en general.
Not only did I implement a much more efficient and effective system in the management of productive projects, but I also proposed and executed a pedagogical program to generate a culture of productive and economic awareness in old and new entrepreneurs; in addition, I deepened my training until I obtained a master's degree in Science for Strategic Development.

Aprendí a hacer muchas cosas que considero fascinantes porque no implementé maquinarias ni equipos industriales, compartí y continúo llevando este conocimiento en donde alguien lo requiera; el procesamiento del cacao (Theobroma cacao L.) para su transformación en chocolate de barras, tabletas, bombones, bebida, licor y más, es una de ellas. De hecho, creé mi empresa chocolatera.
I learned to do many things that I consider fascinating because I did not implement machinery or industrial equipment, I shared and continue to take this knowledge wherever someone requires it; the processing of cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) for its transformation into chocolate bars, tablets, chocolates, beverage, liquor and more, is one of them. In fact, I created my chocolate company.

Mi esencia natural indígena es plena hacia el ambiente y toda forma de vida que en ella exista, doy gracias por ser una persona amistosa y amigable con los demás; donde quiera que esté conecto con las personas, niños, niñas, adolescentes, personas de la tercera edad o con alguna condición especial. Soy amigo de los amigos y hermanos de los hermanos. Amo a la vida y las personas sin distinción de sexo, credo, religión o pensamiento ideológico. Como dijo Rausseau: Todos somos buenos por naturaleza... Es la sociedad quien corrompe esta condición natural.
My natural indigenous essence is full towards the environment and all forms of life that exist in it, I give thanks for being a friendly person and friendly with others; wherever I am I connect with people, children, adolescents, seniors or people with any special condition. I am a friend of friends and a brother of brothers. I love life and people without distinction of sex, creed, religion or ideological thought. As Rausseau said: We are all good by nature. It is society that corrupts this natural condition.
Compartir, dar y recibir son principios naturales de la vida; es un ciclo que siempre debe lubricarse para que estemos en equilibrio y armonía con nuestro YO interior; solo así podemos sentirnos dichosos y satisfechos de nuestros actos, esto no es más que practicar el amor en y a nuestro alrededor.
Sharing, giving and receiving are natural principles of life; it is a cycle that must always be lubricated so that we are in balance and harmony with our inner self; only then can we feel happy and satisfied with our actions, this is nothing more than practicing love in and around us.
