Physical Exercise Daily
Its morning 6am and i am doing physical exercise.. you can see my legs up to my head. i am learning just some style of Juddo from big brother. He is master of Juddo (Black belt)
well we all need to walking everyday atleast 6 km.. for good health ..
as I am runing averyday about 5-6 km and make 10-15 pushups
