Ingredients:
1 (2-3 pound) whole chicken
1 salt, to taste
1 pepper, to taste
1 tsp paprika
Directions:
Prep 20 min Cook 660 min Ready 680 min
Wad 3 pieces of aluminium foil into 3-4 inch balls and place them in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika and place in the slow cooker on top of the crumpled aluminium foil.
Set slow cooker to High for 1 hour, then turn down to Low for about 8-10 hours or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
