Well, let's get back to the capture... The sweet candid shot of my little one was taken in the Cannon Hill Park in Birmingham this summer. Actually, late spring... Maybe... Not too sure and I am being lazy to check.
I remember the day to be very warm, and everywhere you look you see blankets of white flowers! It was magical! So now, I think it really could have been spring! Nah, still not going to check.
Days like this relax and improve your mental health. You tend to forget about the stress and instead plunge into the momentum of happiness and peace. Moments like this are memorable, and for me personally, this capture signifies the present and the past.
Working with the image, I really wanted to tone down the greenery, bring the golden touch and focus on the boy and the scene behind him.
