Home made Yellow Profiteroles with chocolate ganache drizzle
This is one of my favorite desserts to make. It's time consuming and takes some skills in the kitchen but it's definitely worth it in the end!
You make the pastry cream, the puff pastry, and put it together. 😉 Then you make a chocolate ganache and drizzle it over the top of your creation!
