Now , when I am writing the blog , I am working in office and a thing strikes on my mind that who is the leader ??? What are the qualitites to be the leader??
In this blog , I am going to express the some of the point that I think , the leader requires are given below:
By removing the corruption form country, step forward to compromise all the countries especially those that are nearest or closed to, be honest in all difficult or formidable circumstances even if he's facing a lot of problems related to country, etc, to pay the rights of the poor, provide quality education, to clear every kind of educational, hospitals, colleges, offices system to prove himself a good leader... Many more things that can be reasoned for becoming a good leader. ![](
Give your ears to your followers. Be positive in approach and consider all your followers as your intimate friends. To be a good leader, firstly you have to trust your men, train them and read many useful leadership books .A good leader never has to point out to anybody that he's the leader. They'll know.
At most "Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to "win" as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring."
