"A vinificação foi realizada em lagar com pisa a pé. Apresenta-se de cor rubi, com intensidade aromática, onde predominam os frutos vermelhos, sugestões vegerais e de mato. Na boca evidencia corpo médio, sabores a fruta, taninos finos e frescura a originarem um final com alguma persistência."

"The vinification was done by foot treading. The wine shows a red color with an aromatic intensity of red fruits and vegetal notes. The taste shows a medium body, fruity flavors, elegant tannins and freshness which originate a lasting final."

Devo dizer que gostei muito. Saboroso, fresco e versátil. Provei primeiro com queijos e também bebi nas refeições principais: com o Cozido de Ossobuco e com lentilhas com linguiça o ovo escalfado.

I must say I liked it a lot. Tasty, fresh and versatile. I tried it first with cheese but with main meals as well; with the slow cooked Ossobuco and with lentils with sausage and poached egg.
