Feeling a bit like dog shit, but I'm pulling through!
When I decided to stop smoking, I also thought it beneficial to stop consuming multiple energy drinks a day. Boy have I saved some money. This has been a humongous challenge so far. I'm even surrounding myself with smokers outside during my short breaks. Still no will to buy a pack or ask for one. Quitting caffeine was pretty freaking tough.
If you are reliant on caffeine to make it through the day
You can stop, if you want to! The first few days I felt like I was going to fall asleep at my desk. Now I'm feeling more awake and alert than ever. The agitation from lack of caffeine and cigarettes is starting to reside. I know in my previous post I know I said I quit smoking. Yes, I did fail a few times in between there and now, but I'm no longer trying to keep up this shitty habit.
The only way you can quit is WILLPOWER!
Never forget that last part if you're looking to kick the habit, your mind is more powerful than the box of cancer.
Have a great night everyone!
