He/She Doesn't get in to Real Specific Details...

but writes an article in such a remarkable and excellent commonsense way that I think it is worth bookmarking and reviewing every now and then,

Conclusion...

Basically reward good behavior and punish bad behavior. But the Context in which Hive account@whatsup describes it is much more beneficial and in depth with examples than I could ever do :)
