When a citizen in our society repeatedly ask "whats your Probably Cause" for handcuffing and the police refuse to answer... then maybe something fishy is up !
I Do Realize...
the officers may have been physically distracted to answer that but the Law requires them to do so !!
But then...
this cop from nowhere comes in to punch this citizen in the face multiple times. Not sure where he feels the right to do that. Totally uncalled for. Totally against the Law
And brutality at it's finest ( or maybe I should say at its worse))
