Danielle "Dani" Moonstar is a Native American where she was trained by Professor Charles Xavier by the request of Black Eagle, their chief and shaman. She was hunted by the villain group Hellfire Club but was saved by Karma and Professor Xavier in a single event that attempt to get her.And so he then continue to coordinate with Professor X and some of the New Mutants to defeat Hellfire Club.Source here

She has telephatic powers where she used them during encountering most Hellfireclub. She is an average athlete in which most of her spare time she spent them in wilderness. She has a good knowledge of hand-to-hand combat which she has enhanced her durability.Source here
