I'm finally feeling better and up for some riding again. I actually rode a bit yesterday, but it was such a short ride that I didn't think it was worth posting. Today's ride was still a bit of a short ride for me but kind of long for my dog, Sebastian. He was getting a little antsy on the way home. We started with a stop by my old roommate's place where Sebastian got to see his former dog roommate for a bit.
Then we took a ride winding through Columbus Park and Prospect Park. They're each just a city block in size. We made our way to Bidwell Park. This was Sebastian's first time there. Actually all the places on the rest of the route were new for him.
We hung out in the grass for a bit then rode down to Hoyt Lake at Delaware Park. This was just a lot of fun spending time with him outdoors. He loves his trailer!
We started heading back to the West Side but stopped at the Japanese Gardens for a little bit. I really just wanted to take more photos.
Sebastian was moving around a lot on the way back so maybe I should ease him in a little slower on these rides. But he's glad to be home. He's been sitting at my feet for an hour.
