Strange view of Lahaina, Hawaii
As aftermath of recent Hawaii "wildfire" showed some strange patterns, I checked aerial view of Redding, California, where intense fire broke out in 2018. Here is a video from Youtube:
It's kind of similar to Lahaina fire. Fire was so intense that houses were completely burned down, with neighboring houses just untouched. Also, trees were still standing alright.
Natural or artificial, I don't know for sure. Maybe I'm missing something, but is it natural for wildfire to destroy only houses and cars in a residential area?
