These biscuits are sugar free, gluten free, take only 10 minutes to be ready and everybody can do it! They are very delicious, with wonderful aroma ! Cookies for a super energizer breakfast!! Just make sure you dont skip your protein source on your breakfast !
Ingredients
- 120g tahini
- 120g honey
- 120g oatmeal
- ground cinnamon
- almonds, chopped( or any other types of nuts of your choice or vegan chocolate, chopped)
Method
- mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined
- put the mix in the freezer for 2-3 minutes and shape into small cookies
- transfer cookies to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- bake at 180C (350) for 10 minutes exactly
- allow to cool and serve with fruits, almond or coconut milk
