As i was explaining in my last post , i am trying new healthier stuff. Smoothies became a big part part of this adventure, so today i went for something i didn't try before.
Cocoa smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
2 plums
1 peach
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
Tools
Blender
HOW TO PREPARE IT
Wash the fruits, remove the seeds, cut them to pieces and put them in the blender.
Add the sugar, cocoa powder and the almond milk.

Turn on the blender and let it work its magic for a few seconds until the mix is creamy. Pour it in a glass and serve it right away.

I decided to drink mine with some very delicious cinnamon crackers. This smoothie not only it's very healthy it can also serve for a light breakfast, not to mention is with cocoa thus making it a delight for kids too :D
One small advice, i wouldn't recommend it as an evening snack. The theobromine present in the cocoa it's a stimulant that affects sleep, especially in children's case.
