Patience, Steemit takes longer than other social media sites. I would try to gain “friends” instead of followers. Comments payoff more than upvotes, it will be hard with not having enough power all the time. Also try to use different Dapps, might find new fans of your work. Like try to make a video on DTube. You can just record the next time you make a painting or something. Different people browse different apps. Try not to give up, I’m glad I didn’t. Hope this helps! Good luck!
