I just finished a 16.056km running that lasted about 1hh:20mm:33ss !
10 miles for Wednesday eve. Trying to get 1 longer run in midweek at the moment to boost overall mileage. I did this one at a consistent pace rather than fast or slow and it meant I didn’t feel like I was just holding on by the end. Although, as it was an “out and back” route along the road, I did get to 8k and thought urgh i’ve got to do that all over again!
Really wish I knew what I had done with my HR monitor, I refuse to believe it was averaging at 170.
