Good day, Hivers! Guess who’s back? It’s me, , your understanding friend. How have you all been? I know I’ve been away for a few days, and I sincerely apologize for that. Life simply became a little busy, and I had to take a short pause. But even during those hectic moments, I never forgot about this space and the people here.
Anyway, I’m finally back with another personal story to share. Today, I want to talk about my life as an ESL teacher. So, let’s begin!
Recently, I found myself caught between work and celebration. I had classes scheduled in the afternoon and evening, while at exactly 7:00 P.M., I was also invited to attend a celebration for my friend who had just graduated from college. Honestly, it was a difficult choice because I wanted to be present for both.
In the end, I still chose to work first. For me, work is work, and responsibilities should always come with commitment and dedication. Thankfully, I was still able to attend the celebration later that evening, even if I arrived a bit late.
Despite the tiring schedule, I felt grateful and fulfilled. I truly enjoyed spending time with my students that day, and moments like those remind me why I continue doing this job.
To all ESL teachers out there, I genuinely respect you. Teaching is never easy. It requires patience, energy, understanding, and sometimes even sacrificing your own leisure time. There are days when it feels exhausting, but at the same time, it is also deeply rewarding.
As for me, I’ve always loved working. I enjoy being productive and exploring opportunities for growth, even if it means giving up a little comfort and free time. Since joining this company, I’ve learned so much not only about teaching, but also about becoming more patient, responsible, and passionate about helping others learn.
Still, no matter how busy life becomes, I never lose my love for writing. That’s why, despite my workload and hectic schedule, I always find myself returning to Hive to share my experiences and thoughts. Writing has slowly become part of my everyday routine—a place where I can freely express myself and connect with others.
And I think that’s all I want to share for today. Thank you so much for reading, and I hope to see you again in my next blog!
