So today I made a dish that I absolutely loved, it consisted of Polish potato dumplings with pork inside.
The Polish potato dumplings are very similar to the Lithuanian Cepelini I have had previously but smaller, I thought it would go nicely with shredded cabbage and served with sour cream, bacon lardons and fried onions.
I honestly can't wait to make this meal again, it must be one of my favourites of all time.
